Leeds Mind's Peer Support Group work programme is now available and bookings are open.

We’ve already ran two similar courses last year and the feedback from the attendees have been very positive:

The Peer Support Course has been created by Leeds Mind in partnership with the Horizons Help Through Crisis Project and is aimed at people who would like to develop skills to help face crisis situation that may arise in everyday life.

 

The peer support sessions will cover:

 

·         Looking After Myself

·         Coping with Setbacks

·         Five ways to wellbeing

·         Managing anxiety

·         Building Resilience

·         Skills, Strengths and abilities

 

We will also be running From Chaos to Calm which looks at skills and ways to develop ones resilience to crisis or hardship situations.

 

Courses are Completely free and all are welcome.

 

Courses are held 1.30pm to 3.30pm at Better Leeds Communities
