We are currently looking to recruit to the following positions:

 

Community Enabler

 

This is an exciting opportunity to take forward and further develop our innovative and successful project ‘Building a Stronger Burley’ during its second year.

 

The project works to integrate the local community and build local capacity through an asset based community development approach. The project aims to increase a sense of local pride and civic participation of people living in Burley; and supports local people to develop a community vision.

 

First Contact Worker (Permanent)

 

We are seeking a friendly, approachable and motivate individual to work 16 hours a week in our First Contact Team, in the heart of our organisation.

 

You will be the first point of contact with all those accessing facilities and services at BLC.

You will meet and greet visitors, make appropriate client appointments as required, monitor calls and emails and set up rooms.

 

First Contact Worker (Casual)

 

We are seeking people available to work on an ad hoc basis during the evenings and/or at weekends – pay will be on an hourly basis at £9.77 per hour.

 

You will be the first point of contact with all those accessing facilities and services at BLC.

You will meet and greet visitors, make appropriate client appointments as required, monitor calls and emails and set up rooms.

 

Director (Charity Trustee)

 

We have exciting opportunities for new Charity Trustees with Legal, Health & Wellbeing, and Marketing related experience to join our Board!

 

Becoming a charity trustee on our board of directors is a great challenge and an exciting opportunity for you to apply your skills and experience in a new context. Our trustees find working as part of the team hugely energising and satisfying.
